Beginning and sustaining a meditation practice on one’s own can be challenging. Sharing the practice with others can help. A community of friends committed to learning, practice and one another, a Sangha, is continuing at the First Parish Unitarian Church in Bridgewater.

Please join us as we resume practice together.
On September 21^st, Wednesday Evening from 7 to 8:30 PM
We will continue on the first and third Wednesdays from October through December.
