Meditation is often presented as a practice of stillness, of withdrawing from the senses, quieting the mind, and detaching from emotions and desire. Yet just as often meditation is a process of immersing ourselves in the flow of life around and within us, of attuning ourselves to the rhythms of the lifeforce, and experiencing the joys of being alive. In a spirit of curiosity, we’ll explore through play and guided meditation how instinctive gesture and movement can deepen and enrich meditation practice.
